Wood-Fired · Seasonal · Open Late
Live-fire cooking, a short seasonal menu, and a low-lit room built for long dinners. Fire, smoke, and good company.
The Room
There's a single wood-fired hearth at the centre of the kitchen, and almost everything passes over it — vegetables charred till sweet, fish blistered in the embers, big cuts cooked slow over coals. The menu is short and changes with what's good that week.
From the Fire
A short, seasonal list that changes often. Here's a sample — see the full menu for tonight's offering.
One hearth, real wood, no shortcuts. You can taste the smoke in every plate.
A tight menu that follows the season, so everything on it earns its place.
Low light, natural wine, and cocktails built for lingering. Open late.
